Amend SB 315 as follows:                                                     
	(1) In subsection (a) of SECTION 1 of the bill on line 14, 
strike "; or" and insert "." after counties.
	(2) In subsection (a) of SECTION 1 of the bill, strike "(3) 
includes within its territory a school district with an enrollment 
of 180,000 or more that is within a county that borders a tributary 
bay to the Gulf of Mexico."
