Amend CSSB 319 (committee printing) as follows:                              
	(1)  In SECTION 2.02 of the bill, in added Section 19.06, 
Penal Code (page 1, lines 61 and 62), strike "CERTAIN CONDUCT 
EXCEPTED.  It is an exception to the application of" and substitute 
"OTHER DEFENSES.  It is a defense to prosecution under".
	(2)  In SECTION 2.04 of the bill, in added Section 22.12, 
Penal Code (page 2, lines 17 and 18), strike "CERTAIN CONDUCT 
EXCEPTED.  It is an exception to the application of" and substitute 
"OTHER DEFENSES.  It is a defense to prosecution under".
	(3)  In SECTION 2.05 of the bill, in added Section 49.12, 
Penal Code (page 2, lines 29 and 30), strike "CERTAIN CONDUCT
