Amend SB 360 as follows:                                                     
	1)  On page 1, line 64, strike "and"                                           
	2)  On page 2, line 3, strike the period and insert "; and"                    
	3)  On page 2, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following:                    
(iv)  does not directly or indirectly 
participate or intervene in, or contribute to any political action 
committee or other entity that participates or intervenes in, any 
political, issue-oriented, public education, or other campaign 
that makes recommendations or otherwise takes a position on behalf 
of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
