Amend SB 378 by Armbrister as follows:                                       
	(1) On page 2, create a new subsection "(e)" to read as 
follows:             
	"This section creates no duty and imposes no obligation upon 
anyone other than the business that is the subject of the 
advertisement or listing."
	Renumber subsequent sections accordingly.
