Amend CSSB 388, in SECTION 1 of the bill, by adding Section 
2206.0055, Government Code, to read as follows:
	Sec. 2206.0055.  CERTAIN GIFTS AND BEQUESTS EXCLUDED.  This 
chapter does not apply to real property acquired by gift or bequest 
by an institution of higher education, as defined by Section 
61.003, Education Code.
