Amend SB 418 in SECTION 20 of the bill, in added Article 21.52Y, Insurance Code (page 48, between lines 18 and 19, house committee printing), by adding Subsection (f) to read as follows: (f) Section 39.003(a) of this code and Chapter 2110, Government Code, do not apply to the advisory committee established under this article.
