Amend SB 418 (house committee printing) as follows:                          

(1)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in amended Section 3A(l)(2), 	Article 3.70-3C, Insurance Code (page 8, line 14), strike 
"noncommercial system of bundling edits and logic, if available" 
and substitute "generally accepted bundling edits and logic".
	(2)  In SECTION 13 of the bill, in amended Section 
843.341(b)(2), Insurance Code (page 34, line 12), strike 
"noncommercial system of bundling edits and logic, if available" 
and substitute "generally accepted bundling edits and logic".
