Amend CSSB 418 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 20, lines 3 through 5, strike "50% of the 
difference between billed charges for the amount not timely paid, 
as submitted on the claim, and the contracted rate for the amount 
not timely paid" and insert "fifty (50) percent of the underpaid 
amount."
	(2)  On page 20, lines 12 through 14, strike "100% of the 
difference between billed charges for the amount not timely paid, 
as submitted on the claim, and the contracted rate for the amount 
not timely paid" and insert "one hundred (100) percent of the 
underpaid amount."
	(3)  On page 36, lines 23 through 25, strike "50% of the 
difference between billed charges for the amount not timely paid, 
as submitted on the claim, and the contracted rate for the amount 
not timely paid" and insert "fifty (50) percent of the underpaid 
amount."
	(4)  On page 37, lines 5 through 7, strike "100% of the 
difference between billed charges for the amount not timely paid, 
as submitted on the claim, and the contracted rate for the amount 
not timely paid" and insert "one hundred (100) percent of the 
underpaid amount."
