Amend CSSB 418 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 4, lines 4-11 through 4-15, strike the existing 
(2) and substitute "(2)  be consistent with nationally recognized, 
noncommercial system of bundling edits and logic, if available."
	(2)  On page 14, lines 14-30 through14-34, strike the 
existing (2) and substitute "(2)  be consistent with nationally 
recognized, noncommercial system of bundling edits and logic, if 
available."
