Amend CSSB 521 as follows:                                                   
	In SECTION 16 (committee printing, page 8, line 67) add a new 
subsection (f) as follows:
	(f)  a person commits an offense if the person knowingly 
provides compensation for the movement of a manufactured home to a 
person who is in violation of this subchapter.  The offense is a 
misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $1,000.
