Amend SB 541 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  On page 4, line 8, between "AUTHORIZED" and the period, 
insert "; MINIMUM REQUIREMENT";
	(2)  On page 4, line 8, between the period and "A", insert 
"(a)"; and,
	(3)  On page 4, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following:                  
	"(b)  Any standard health benefit plan must include coverage 
for contraceptives, if the plan provides benefits for other 
prescription drugs, as required by Article 21.52L of this code as 
added by Section 1, Chapter 1106, Acts of the 77th Legislature, 
Regular Session, 2001.".
