Amend SB 541 by striking "and" on page 4, line 1, and adding 
on page 4, line 8, new subsections (7), (8), and (9) as follows:
		(7) coverage for childhood immunizations and hearing 
screening as required by Article 21.53F of this code (Acts 1997, 
75th Leg., ch. 683, §1) and 21.53K of this code.
		(8) coverage for reconstructive surgery for certain 
craniofacial abnormalities of children as required by Article 
21.53W of this code.
		(9) coverage for the dietary treatment of 
phenylketonuria as required by Article 3.79 of this code.
