Amend SB 572 in SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
821.055, Health and Safety Code (House Committee Printing, page 3, 
between lines 18 and 19), by inserting proposed Subsection (d) to 
read as follows:
	(d)  Notwithstanding Subsection (a), an employee of an 
animal shelter is not required to have successfully completed the 
training course before the 120th day following the date of initial 
employment.
