Amend SB 611 as follows:                                                     

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, proposed Section 35.58(a), 	Business & Commerce Code (committee printing page 1, line 14), 
strike "display" and substitute "print".
	(2)  In SECTION 2(a) of the bill (committee printing page 1, 
line 30), strike "January 1, 2004" and substitute "March 1, 2005".
	(3)  In SECTION 2(b) of the bill (committee printing page 1, 
line 33), strike "January" and substitute "March".
	(4)  In SECTION 2(b) of the bill (committee printing page 1, 
line 35), strike "January" and substitute "March".
