Amend SB 631 on third reading by adding an appropriately 
numbered SECTION to read as follows:
	SECTION _____. Notwithstanding any other law, in the event of 
a conflict between Sections 45.051 or 45.0511, Code of Criminal 
Procedure, as amended by this Act, and any other act of the 78th 
Legislature, Regular Session, this Act shall prevail 
notwithstanding the relative dates of enactment of the conflicting 
provisions.
