78(R) SB693 - 2nd reading F2 (S)

Amend CSSB 693 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Subsection (c), Section 
2154.253, Occupations Code (committee printing page 2, line 19), 
strike "or".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Subsection (c), Section 
2154.253, Occupations Code (committee printing page 2, line 21), 
strike "." and substitute "; or".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Subsection (c), Section 
2154.253, Occupations Code (committee printing page 2, between  
lines 21 and 22), add a new Subdivision (5) to read as follows:
		"(5)  an outdoor public display permitted under Section 
2154.204.".
