	(1) Page 2, Line 6, strike "or"                                                
	(2) Page 2, Line 8, Strike "." and insert "; or"                               
	(3) Page 2, Line 9, add new subsection 284.003 (4) as follows:                 
		(4) "construct a bridge over a deep water navigation 
channel if the bridge does not hinder maritime transportation."
