Amend CSSB 755 as follows:                                                   
	(1) On page 1, line 7, strike "Section 487.059" and 
substitute "Sections 487.059 and 487.060".
	(2) On page 3, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following:                  
	Sec. 487.060. STATE OFFICE-HOLDING PROHIBITED. A member of 
the executive committee may not hold, or be a candidate for, an 
elected or appointed state office before the expected date of 
expiration of the current term of office that the member was 
appointed to serve on the executive committee, regardless of 
whether the member resigns from or is removed from office on an 
earlier date.
