Amend SB 770 as follows:                                                     
	1.  At Subsection (a), Section 54.01, Alcohol Beverage Code, 
(committee printing page 1, line 31), between the words "wine" and 
"from" insert "manufactured by the permit holder".
	2.  At Subsection (d)(1), Section 54.01, Alcohol Beverage 
Code, (committee printing page 1, line 47), between "taxes" and 
"that" insert ", including sales and use taxes,".
