Amend SB 833 (house committee report) in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, in amended Subdivision (1), Section 84.003, Civil Practice 
and Remedies Code (page 1, lines 18-19), by striking "excluding 
private primary or secondary schools, fraternities, sororities, 
and secret societies," and substituting "including [excluding] 
private primary or secondary schools accredited by a member 
association of the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission 
but excluding fraternities, sororities, and secret societies,".
