Amend SB 930 on page one of the bill by inserting "(a)" 
between "DEFINITION" and "In" and by adding subsection (b) to read 
as follows:
	(b)  The statutory immunity provided by this subchapter is in 
addition to and does not preempt the common law doctrine of official 
and governmental immunity.
