Amend SB 930 on page 4 (house committee report) section 
22.0514 entitled "LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES" by striking the words:
	(a)  Subject to Subsection (b),                                         
	and then in the same section on line 12 between the words 
"district" and "for" insert the following:
	or an individual that is entitled to any immunity and other 
protections afforded under the Paul D. Coverdell Teacher Protection 
Act of 2001 (20 U.S.C. section 6731 et seq) as amended
	Also, strike subsection (b) of section 22.0515 entirely.
