Amend CSSB 933 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Section 12.152, 
Education Code (committee printing, page 1, line 38), strike 
"[(a)]" and substitute "(a)".
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Section 12.152, 
Education Code (committee printing, page 1, between lines 49 and 
50), insert the following:
	(b)  The State Board of Education may grant a total of not 
more than two charters for virtual charter schools and the combined 
enrollment for the two charter schools may not exceed 2,000 
students.
