Amend CSSB 933 by inserting the following appropriately 
numbered SECTION and renumbering the subsequent SECTIONS of the 
bill accordingly:
	SECTION ___.  Section 12.156, Education Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (c) to read as follows:
	(c)  The commissioner may not grant a virtual charter 
school's request for a waiver from compliance with a provision 
listed in Section 12.104.  This subsection expires September 1, 
2009.
