Amend SB 970 in Section 1 of the bill, in added Chapter 122, 
Agriculture Code (House committee printing, page 1, between lines 
18 and 19) by inserting the following:
	Sec. 122.0011. APPLICABILITY. This chapter applies only to a 
county with a population of at least 600,000 and less than 800,000.
