Amend CSSB 1010, SECTION 2, Subsection (g) as follows:                       
	On page 5, line 6, strike subsection (g) and substitute the 
following:       
	"(g)  In an action brought under this chapter the petitioner 
may file a notice of lis pendens and certified copy of an order of 
the court in the office of the county clerk of each county in which 
the land is located.  The notice of lis pendens shall conform to the 
requirements of Section 12.007, Property Code, and shall constitute 
notice as provided in Section 13.004, Property Code.  A certified 
copy of an order of the court filed in the office of the county clerk 
shall constitute notice of the terms thereof and shall be binding on 
subsequent purchasers and lienholders."
