Amend CSSB 1107 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  Amend CSSB 1107 by striking Section 74.054(e) on page 2, 
lines 68 - page 3, line 1.
	(2)  Amend CSSB 1107 by adding a new Section 74.053(g) on page 
2, after line 36 to read as follows:
	(g)  An active district judge assigned under this chapter is 
not subject to objection.
