Amend SB 1111 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTIONS to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS 
accordingly:
	SECTION ___.  Section 335.023, Local Government Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows:
	(c)  A district's books, records, and papers relating to an 
approved venue project and the revenue used to finance the project 
are public information and subject to disclosure under Chapter 552, 
Government Code.
	SECTION ___.  The heading to Section 335.023, Local 
Government Code, is amended to read as follows:
	Sec. 335.023.  POLITICAL SUBDIVISION; RECORDS AND OPEN 
MEETINGS.
