Amend CSSB 1116 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  Strike the word "only" on committee printing page 5, 
line 27.           
	(2)  Strike the words "and is not required to prove the 
device was actually used to commit" on committee printing page 5, 
lines 29-30 and replace with "to be used for the purposes of 
committing".
