Amend SB 1152 by adding the following amendment and 
renumbering accordingly:
	SECTION 12. Amend Section 2054.256, Government Code, to read 
as follows:     
	Sec. 2054.256. MEETINGS. (a) The authority shall meet at 
least quarterly.
	(b) The authority may hold an open or closed meeting by 
telephone conference subject to the requirements of Section 
551.125(c) - (f).
