Amend SECTION 1 of SB 1200 by inserting the following 
language (page 3, line 66, committee report):
	"Sec. 56.458.  BIENNIAL REPORT.  The coordinating board shall 
track the academic performance and subsequent educational 
attainment of grant recipients, by institution, and report this 
information bienially to the Legislature and the Comptroller."
