Amend SB 1232 in SECTION 1 of the bill (introduced version, page 1) by adding a new Subsection (e) as follows: (e) If a school district has less than 10 days notice during the school year that a job vacancy will occur in a teaching position, the district shall post the job vacancy but may proceed to fill the vacant position.
