Amend SB 1265 on third reading in SECTION 2 of the bill, in 
proposed Section 7.203(a), Water Code (Committee Printing page 1, 
line 19), by adding at the end of the section:
	Nothing in this section limits the power of a peace officer to 
arrest a person for an alleged offense.
