The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSSB 1271 in Section 104.301(j), Utilities Code, as
added by SECTION 1 of the bill (House Committee Printing, page 4,
lines 18-20), by striking "shall annually pay to the railroad
commission the utility's proportionate share of the railroad
commisson's incremental costs" and substitute "shall reimburse the
railroad commission the utility's proportionate share of the
railroad commission's costs".
