Amend SB 1288 (committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill 
by striking the language beginning with "Subchapter G" and ending 
with "Sec. 143.1262." and substituting "Subchapter E, Chapter 143, 
Local Government Code, is amended by adding Section 143.075 to read 
as follows:
	Sec. 143.075."
