78(R) SB1295 - 2nd reading F1 (S)

The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSSB 1295 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  Amend SECTION 1 of the committee report on page 1, line 
19, in added section 481.501, by striking "presently" and "or that 
has been closed or realigned under the federal defense base closure 
and realignment process" and adding "on June 1, 2003".
	(2)  Amend SECTION 1 of the committee report on page 1, line 
51, in added section 481.502, by striking "September 1, 2007" and 
substituting "December 31, 2006".
