Amend SB 1331 by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering existing SECTIONS of the bill appropriately: SECTION _____. Section 2258.002, Government Code, is amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: (c) This chapter does not apply to the construction of a public work by or for a school district.
