Amend CSSB 1370 (house committee printing) as follows:                       

(1)  Strike SECTION 1.01 of the bill (page 1, lines 8-21) and 	renumber subsequent SECTIONS of ARTICLE 1 of the bill accordingly.
	(2)  Strike SECTION 3.04 of the bill (page 12, line 24 
through page 13, line 11) and substitute the following:
	SECTION 3.04.  Section 1575.204, Insurance Code, as 
effective June 1, 2003,  is repealed.
