Amend CSSB 1370 by striking SECTION 1.02 of the bill (Senate 
committee printing, page 1, lines 22-47) and substituting:
	SECTION 1.02.  Section 2, Article 3.50-8, Insurance Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:
	(e)  An employee is not eligible to receive a state 
contribution under this article until the 90th day after the date 
the employee is employed by an entity described by Section 1(2)(A) 
of this article.
