Amend CSSB 1445 in SECTION 1 of the bill, after the second 
sentence in proposed Section 521.126(e), Transportation Code, 
between "database." and "For" (committee printing page 1, line 55), 
by inserting "Consent under this subsection must be on a separate 
document, signed by the license or certificate holder, that 
explains in at least 14-point bold type the information that will be 
included in the compilation or database."
