Amend SB 1463 as follows:                                                    
	On page 1, line 7, between "COUNTY" and "." insert the 
following: "OR TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY"
	On page 1, lines 8 through 11, delete the current subsection 
(a) and substitute the following new subsection (a) to read as 
follows:
	(a) The commission may convey a nontoll state highway or a 
segment of a nontoll state highway, including real property 
acquired to construct or operate the highway to:
			(A) a county or a toll road authority in the county 
in which the state highway or segment is located; or
			(B) a county or toll road authority in a county 
adjacent to the county in which the highway or a segment is located 
if the county or toll road authority in the county in which the 
segment or highway is located approves the conveyance;
	for operation and maintenance as a project under this chapter 
if:     
	On page 1, line 19 between "county" and "agrees" insert the 
following: "or toll road authority"
	On page 1, line 20 between "county" and "that" insert the
