Amend CSSB 1488 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 21.006(b), 
Education Code (page 1, line 25), between "director has" and "cause 
to believe" insert "reasonable";
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 21.006(d), 
Education Code (page 1, line 61), between "services arrangement" 
and "of the filing of the report" insert "and the educator"; and
	(3)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in proposed Section 
21.451(a)(1)(D), Education Code (page 2, line 22), between 
"superintendent who has" and "cause to believe" insert 
"reasonable".
