Amend SB 1517 (house committee report) in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, in added Article 2.122(f), Code of Criminal Procedure (on 
page 1, line 13), between "Code," and "while", by inserting "if they 
meet the licensing requirements of Chapter 1701, Occupations Code 
and".
