Amend SB 1567 on page 2, between line 23 and 24, add new 
subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  An entity that collects funds for the Texas peace 
officers' memorial or solicits funds in any way giving the 
impression that the proceeds or funds are for the benefit of the 
Texas peace officers' memorial shall send that money to the 
comptroller to be deposited in the fund account not later than the 
30th day after the date on which the money is collected.
	and renumber accordingly.
