Amend CSSB 1652 in SECTION 1.05 of the bill, at the end of 
amended Section 54.5011, Education Code, by striking "[(c)  Before 
accepting a payment by credit card, the institution shall notify 
the student of any fee to be charged under this section.]" (page 2, 
lines 34 through 36, Senate committee printing), and substituting 
the following:
	(d) [(c)]  Before accepting a payment by credit card, the 
institution shall notify the student of any fee to be charged under 
this section.
