Amend SB 1696 (House committee printing) in Section 1 of the 
bill as follows:
	(1)  in the heading to proposed Chapter 107, Local Government 
Code, strike "CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES" (page 1, line 8) and 
substitute "A MUNICIPALITY".
	(2)  strike proposed Section 107.001, Local Government Code 
(page 1, lines 9 and 10).
