The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSSB 1701 by adding the following section, 
appropriately numbered, and renumbering the existing sections 
appropriately:
	SECTION ____.  Section 2157.005, Government Code, is amended 
by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  This section does not apply to the purchase of a 
wireless communications device to be used by peace officers, 
firefighters, and other emergency response personnel to respond to 
a public safety emergency.
