Amend the Wohlgemuth amendment to CSSB 1704 (house committee 
report) as follows:
	(1)  In the heading to added Section 502.304, Transportation 
Code, strike "CHOOSE LIFE" and substitute "CHOOSE LIFE OR CHOOSE 
CHOICE".
	(2)  In added Section 502.304, Transportation Code, strike 
Subsection (a) and substitute the following:
	(a)  The department shall issue for passenger cars and light 
trucks specially designed license plates that include the words 
"Choose Life" and specially designed license plates that include 
the words "Choose Choice."
	(3)  Throughout the remainder of the amendment, strike 
"Choose Life" and substitute "Choose Life or Choose Choice".
