Amend CSSB 1704 in SECTION 1, in proposed Section 504.801, 
Transportation Code, as follows:
	(1) In proposed Subsection (d) (page 58, line 23), between 
"$30" and the period, insert "unless the department sets a higher 
fee".
	(2) In proposed Subsection (h) (page 59, lines 15-16), strike 
"If the sponsor does not name a state agency to receive the funds or 
if there is no sponsor, the" and substitute "The".
	(3) At the end of proposed Subsection (h) (page 59, line 18), 
insert "If a fee is paid for the trademark license, the fee shall be 
paid from the amounts specified by Subsection (e)(2)".
