Amend SB 1764 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  In Section 1 of the bill, in added Section 576.005(b), 
Health and Safety Code (introduced version, page 1, line 12), 
strike "may" and substitute "shall".
	(2)  In Section 3 of the bill, in added Section 595.005(e), 
Health and Safety Code (introduced version, page 2, line 5), strike 
"may" and substitute "shall".
